Charles Souillard COO and co-founder
As VP of Engineering and CTO, co-founder, Charles leads the Bonitasoft product development organization. He was previously head of the Bonita core development team within Bull Information Systems. Charles has significant experience developing mission critical applications with BPM and SOA technologies. He serves on a number of European Community projects. Charles holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Polytech de Grenoble.

Carole Winqwist, VP Marketing
As VP of Marketing, Carole leads the Bonitasoft Marketing strategy. She was previously Senior Director EMEA Marketing at Infor. Caroles has significant experience leading international marketing team and developing global programs. Carole holds a double Master's degree in Marketing from IAE Paris and international Law.

Philip Gude, VP of North American & APAC sales
As VP of North American & APAC sales, Philip leads a sales team responsible for these geographies. He has extensive background in consultative selling and has spent twelve years in various sales management and general management roles with global technology companies such as Arkadin, Business Wire and Humanity. Philip helped lead several companies' global expansions by opening offices throughout the United States and Europe. Philip's expertise also includes designing and implementing consultative solution sales programs for the company's sales teams.
Sandrine Monnier, Professional Services Director
Sandrine has more than 20 years of Information Services experience in software development and services delivery. With a degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation & Robotics from Polytech'Nantes, she began her career at Ericsson and Alstom in the United States. After returning to France she has held positions in pre-sales, project manager, project director, and consultant at Automic Software, Microsoft, Neurones, and Steria.
Louis-Philippe Melchior, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Louis-Philippe leads the finance, administration and HR teams. He was previously Finance Manager at Neolane (acquired by Adobe in 2013), after holding the position of financial auditor at Grant Thornton. Louis-Philippe holds a Master's degree in Audit and Management Control from ESG Paris.
