
Miguel Valdés-Faura, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. Miguel leads the charge in BonitaSoft’s mission: to democratize Business Process Management (BPM), bringing powerful and affordable BPM to organizations and projects of all sizes. Miguel founded the Bonita project in 2001, with the vision that BPM would become mainstream in every company's IT portfolio. Prior to BonitaSoft, Miguel led R&D, pre-sales and support for the BPM division of Bull Information Systems, a major European systems provider. Miguel is a recognized thought-leader in business process management and passionate about open source community building.
Miguel holds a degree in Computer Science from the URV and a Master's degree from Nancy and Metz Universities.

Charles Souillard, VP of Engineering and CTO, Co-Founder. Charles leads the BonitaSoft product development organization, with primary offices in Grenoble and Beijing. Prior to BonitaSoft, he was head of the Bonita core development team within Bull Information Systems. Charles has significant experience developing mission critical applications with Business Process Management and Service Oriented Architecture technologies. Charles serves on a number of European Community projects, bringing the values of open source to important government initiatives.
Charles holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Polytech de Grenoble.

Rodrigue Le Gall, Chief Services Officer and Co-Founder. Rodrigue is in charge of BonitaSoft Professional Services as well as the BonitaSoft Open Source Community. Prior to BonitaSoft Rodrigue was head of the Bonita Design and Web development group for Bull Information Systems. Rodrigue also held numerous senior consulting positions, most recently with HP.
Rodrigue holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble (ENSIMAG).

Ruth Cernes Fagebaume, VP Sales Worldwide. Ruth is in charge of developing BonitaSoft direct business activitiesworldwide and through the extension of BonitaSoft partnership and OEM programs. Prior to BonitaSoft, Ruth served as Area Manager Southern Europe at RightNow Technologies. She previously worked in business development and alliance management at Genesys and Alcatel.
Ruth holds two Master Degrees, in Artificial Intelligence from ENS Cachan and in Corporate Strategy and Alliances from Paris Dauphine University.

Arnaud Debains, Chief Financial Officer. Arnaud oversees BonitaSoft’s financial operations and manages the company’s budget for each of its five global offices. Prior to BonitaSoft, Arnaud served as CFO for Sensitive Object, where he played an integral role in negotiating the company’s trade sale agreement with Tyco Electronics. Arnaud has over 25 years of experience in finance and has also held senior positions at Econocom Location, CitéFibre, MCI WorldCom, among other companies.
Arnaud holds a M.B.A. from ESSEC and a B.A. from the Ecole des Mines (Saint-Etienne).

MacMcConnell, Vice President of Marketing. Mac is responsible for all aspects of global marketing, including brand awareness, communications, demand and lead generation, and go to market. He comes to BonitaSoft from BlueBird Strategies, a San Francisco-based lead generation advisory firm that he co-founded and served as managing parter. Previously, Mac was Global Marketing Lead for Sun Microsystems' mid market group, where he developed successful programs that generated over $400 million in sales pipeline. He has also held prominent sales roles at JPMorganChase and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
Mac holds an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. from Colgate University

Jeremy Lipp, Marketing Director, Go-to-Market. Jeremy manages a wide range of core worldwide marketing responsibilities including solutions portfolio, branding or BonitaSoft's corporate website. Jeremy has more than 10 years of experience managing both online and offline marketing as well as communication programs for major corporations including GDF-Suez and Steria.
Jeremy graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
