Management team

 

Miguel Valdés-Faura, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder. Miguel is leading BonitaSoft to achieve its mission: to bring to the market a fully functional Open Source BPM solution. Miguel is the co-founder of Bonita project, created in 2001, with the vision that BPM would become mainstream in every company's IT portfolio. Prior to BonitaSoft, Miguel was leading BPM R&D, pre-sales and support activity for Bull. He brings to BonitaSoft a strong knowledge of open source communities and open source business models.

Miguel holds a degree in Computer Science from the URV (Spain) and a Master's degree from Nancy and Metz Universities (France).

 

Charles Souillard, Chief Technical Officer and co-founder. Charles leads the BonitaSoft product development organization. Charles coordinates with the Bonita community and users to define the product roadmap and is responsible for its execution. Prior to BonitaSoft, he was head of the Bonita core development team within Bull and has significant experience developing critical application with Business Process Management and Service Oriented Architecture technologies.

Charles holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Polytech de Grenoble (France).

 

Rodrigue Le Gall, Chief Services Officer and co-founder. Rodrigue is in charge of BonitaSoft Services & Support operations. Services & Support are offered around the world to our customers and include training, consulting and maintenance support.

Prior to BonitaSoft he was head of the Bonita Design and Web development group for Bull, the French integrator. Rodrigue also has strong experience as an IT Consultant to numerous companies such HP.

Rodrigue holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble (ENSIMAG) (France).

Ruth Cernes Fagebaume, Sales Director EMEA, Asia & Latin America
Ruth is in charge of developing BonitaSoft direct business activities in those countries and through the extension of BonitaSoft partnership programs. Prior to BonitaSoft, Ruth served as Area Manager Southern Europe at RightNow Technologies. She previously worked in business development and alliance management at Genesys and Alcatel.

Ruth holds two Master Degrees, in Artificial Intelligence from ENS Cachan and in Corporate Strategy and Alliances from Paris Dauphine University

 

 

 

Dave Cloyd, North American Business Manager
Dave is in charge of developing BonitaSoft direct business activities in Northern America and through the extension of BonitaSoft partnership programs. David Cloyd has over 20 years of deep experience in launching U.S. operations for European technology companies, including full P&L responsibility, strategic planning and developing revenue growth and partnerships. Most recently, he served as general manager of Nuxeo in the U.S., where he led the open source enterprise content management company's successful expansion into the North American market.

Additionally he has a deep background in the BPM space having held senior positions with market leaders such as TIBCO and Xerox.

 

Jeremy Lipp, Marketing Manager

Jeremy is in charge of managing worldwide marketing activities at BonitaSoft such as advertising, RP, events - and BonitaSoft website. He's also in charge of managing BonitaSoft CRM and other Marketing tools.

Jeremy has more than 10 years of experience managing both online and offline marketing and communication programs for major french companies such as Suez or Steria.

Jeremy graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management
