Paris, France – November 30, 2016 – Bonitasoft has been named a silver winner in the Most Customer-Friendly Company in Best in Biz Awards, the only independent business awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts.

Bonitasoft was specifically recognized for its company-wide alignment of Customer Success, Customer Support, Delivery, R&D, Technical Evangelism, Marketing, and PreSales  / Sales to be customer-oriented.  Bonitasoft's BPM-based application platform is used by thousands of customers and an open source community of more than 120,000 members, enabling developers to build “living” business applications that can be adapted in real-time to process changes, user interface updates, and more. The sixth annual program in North America garnered more than 600 entries, from an impressive array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of industries and geographic regions in the U.S. and Canada. In addition to numerous judges returning from the 2011-2015 judging panels, this year’s panel included several worthy additions to the high-profile group.
