In countries located in the Northern Hemisphere, the arrival of spring is hard to miss. Along with this new season of nature, the BonitaSoft ecosystem is blooming as well. The number of downloads of Bonita 5 has reached 70,000 since its launch in January, showing that the democratization of BPM is on its way. We also released Bonita Open Solution 5.1 on April 1, taking another step towards greater usability and interoperability, and unveiled the BonitaSoft training program whose first session took place earlier this week. In any company, there a lot of processes that are simply not managed effectively. These could be, for example: expense approval, travel arrangements, finding the best supplier, follow-up of a new prospect, answer to a negative rumor on the web, and more. Many of these processes are not managed, or under process control, for one or more simple reasons: they change frequently, they are not seen as critical processes, and/or it would be expensive to automate them.
