    View and download documents attached to a process or case (SP)

    In Bonita User Experience Administration view, click on Documents in the control panel.

    Click on a document in the list to see its details and versions.

    Documents are also available in the case to which they are attached (see the case list).

    To download a document, click on the link after Download.

    Result

    Consult chronological versions of the same document, or download any version of an attached document.

    This feature is available in Bonita Open Solution Teamwork version.

    All documents associated with all processes and individual cases appear in the process administrator’s documents list.  From here, you can see all versions of each document uploaded, and can download the documents in the list.
