Regional Partner Manager

Location: Paris


As a Regional Partner Manager you will be responsible for expanding and accelerating the existing channel business prominently in France, Belgium and Switzerland and secondarily in Eastern Europe. Bonitasoft channel business is a key component of our development and success.

The job is located in Paris and reports to the VP of Sales.


As a Regional Partner Manager at Bonitasoft, you will :

  • Reinforce and manage the partner network in France, Belgium and Switzerland and secondarily in Eastern Europe (recruitment, relationship building, business reviews, contract management)
  • Work closely with other cross-functional teams to optimize business opportunity
  • Build key relationships to create meaningful partnerships with major growth partners
  • Keep channel partners up to date to maintain corporate awareness and generate opportunities
  • Provide deal support, planning, relationship management, and analytical insights to optimize the value of partnerships
  • Develop business plans, growth, and risk management strategies with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth, product adoption and revenue
  • Lead efforts with Account Managers to evaluate, identify and secure channel deals
  • Work in collaboration with the Channel Program Manager to get the most out of the partner program
  • Use as a productivity tool and record activity and opportunity data


Who we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of Channel Management in the software industry 
  • Ability to think and work strategically and analytically
  • High enthusiasm and good understanding of innovative software solutions
  • Result-oriented and used to demonstrate success within an indirect sales position
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, in French and in English
  • Strong team spirit to collaborate with technical, sales and marketing teams
  • Highly organized and rigorous to manage several projects at the same time. Process oriented
  • Strong tenacity and motivation. Able to work under pressure and close deadline
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven
  • Adaptable to the changes of a growing company 
  • Enthusiastic and reactive, you are able to progress in a challenging environment and appreciate the start-up spirit


These would be a plus:

  • Subscription sales experience (recurring revenue model)
  • Solution  Selling methodology knowledge and/or experience
  • Spanish
