Chief Customer Officer

Location: Paris


Bonitasoft is opening a new position for an experienced Chief Customer Officer. The CCO will lead Bonitasoft’s professional services, support and customer success teams. This role will report to Charles Souillard (Bonitasoft’s COO and co-founder), be a member of our executive team, and be based in Paris.


  • Lead our global mission-critical professional services, customer support and customer success teams.
  • Provide implementation guidance, best practices, and help our customers and implementation partners to secure and scale their deployments.
  • Develop strategy across these areas focused on delivery of core services to our growing customer base and implementation partners across a wide range of industries
  • Own key operational metrics like renewals, professional services revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure we are attracting and leading a team that will continuously move the customer experience organization forward.
  • Leader who will partner with sales, marketing, product teams to develop, implement and co-manage key programs including Customer advocacy, Customer advisory board to help make Bonitasoft a best-in-class customer experience organization, while internally engaging sales teams to cross sell at prospects and existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap and both teams have clear and consistent access to the voice of the customer
  • Represent Bonitasoft at conferences and in events involving Bonitasoft’s customers as well as system integrators and technology partners


  • 10+ years experience leading a professional services and support organization for a software vendor. Recurring revenue knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid technical background and experience managing professional services teams
  • Individual must have strong communication skills, empathy and listening skills.
  • Mentor and leader with a track record of hiring and motivating global teams.
  • Able to effectively build relationships both internally and externally, establishing trust, respect and a sense of partnership with customers.
  • Solid technical background and experience managing professional services teams
  • Experience working with customers and implementation partners around the world.
  • Has driven a portfolio of multiple, concurrent business-critical projects to successful completion involving internal, customers and partners teams.
