Customer Renewal Manager

Location: Grenoble or Paris


As a Customer Renewal Manager you will be a central stakeholder in the company renewal process.
In collaboration with the Customer Success Representatives and the Account Managers, you will be in charge of managing the recurring renewals of a portfolio of customers.



  • Proactively monitor the funnel of expiring agreements, execute actions in timely manner to ensure the renewal of assigned customers
  • Effectively manage the renewal of all contracts to secure Bonitasoft recurrent revenue
  • Synchronize with the Account Managers and Customer Success Representatives
  • Provide timely proposals and quotes as requested pursuant to terms of customer and/or partner agreements
  • Manage the licenses, subscription and renewal opportunities in Salesforce
  • Identify potential of upsells for renewal and inform the Account Managers

  • Taste for business and ability to detect new opportunities
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse organization
  • English, French and Spanish: business proficiency mandatory in the three languages
  • Experience in a similar environment like sales administration desired
  • Familiarity with software licensing and with customer quotations generation would be a plus
  • Knowledge or interest in programming and computer science woluld be a plus (MOOC, personal project, …)
