Poorav - Support Manager

Poorav has been working for Bonitasoft for nearly 6 years. From India originally, he studied and worked in the US for about ten years prior to coming to Bonitasoft. He joined Bonitasoft as a support engineer and after a couple of years took the opportunity to lead the support team.

"The support team helps our subscription customers where there are issues with the product. We investigate what kind of problems they are having. Some investigations can be very technical, so the support engineer has to be quite technical in many different technologies. One thing that is very specific about a support engineer is that they have to be willing to help customers which is a very specific mindset that not all engineers have.

The Bonitasoft moto is "Have fun with Bonita!" and we do have fun when we are working but one thing that I have noticed that is very distinct is that each and everyone member of Bonitasoft is driven towards a common goal of the success of Bonitasoft. This is a dedication I have not seen in any other company."
