Miguel Valdés-Faura

CEO and co-founder

Miguel Valdes Faura is the CEO and co-founder of Bonitasoft. Miguel leads the charge for Bonitasoft’s mission: to unleash the full potential of development teams to create applications with seamless, engaging and personalized user experiences.

Miguel is a recognized thought leader in the BPM and digital transformation fields and is passionate about open source community building. He is a regular speaker at international conferences sponsored by O’Reilly, Global Expansion Summit and Web Summit and has been featured in media such as Forbes, CNN and Mashable. Miguel received a prestigious CEO World Award in 2014.


Charles Souillard

COO and co-founder

As COO of Bonitasoft, Charles Souillard is responsible for the Bonitasoft product development organizations, the IT/Cloud team, the Professional Services team, and the Pre-sales and Sales groups which are located in Grenoble, Paris, New York, and San Francisco.
Before co-founding Bonitasoft, Charles was head of the core Bonita software development team within Bull Information Systems. He has significant experience developing mission critical applications with BPM and SOA technologies and serves on a number of European Community projects. Charles holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Polytech de Grenoble.

Nicolas Chabanoles

CTO

Nicolas joined Bonitasoft at the very beginning of the Bonitasoft adventure, first as an R&D Engineer, then as Bonitasoft Software Development Manager. Currently he is Bonitasoft's CTO.

Nicolas (also known as Captain Bonita) is passionate about development and technology. He leads the R&D team to new heights using the most recent technologies and methodologies.

Philippe Laumay

VP Product


Philippe is passionate about the digital world. He started his professional technical career with a PhD in computer science, followed by 10 years in engineering management in the digital industry within international companies Yahoo and Kelkoo. He joined Bonitasoft in 2012, and has since played more customer-oriented roles: Technical Support Manager, Customer Success Manager, Development Stream Manager. He is currently VP Product, responsible for the Bonita roadmap and overall product management strategy, balancing customer and market needs with development planning.

Louis-Philippe Melchior

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Louis-Philippe leads the finance, administration and HR teams. He was previously ​Finance Manager ​​at ​​​Neolane (acquired by Adobe in 2013), after holding the position of ​financial auditor at Grant Thornton​. Louis-Philippe holds a Master's degree in Audit and Management Control from ESG Paris​.


Sandrine Monnier

Professional Services & Support Director

Sandrine has more than 20 years of Information Services experience in software development and services delivery. With a degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation & Robotics from Polytech'Nantes, she began her career at Ericsson and Alstom in the United States. After returning to France she has held positions in pre-sales, project manager, project director, and consultant at Automic Software, Microsoft, Neurones, and Steria.


Carole Winqwist

VP Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Carole leads the Bonitasoft Marketing strategy. She was previously Senior Director EMEA Marketing at Infor. Carole has significant experience leading international marketing team and developing global programs. She leads Bonitasoft's content marketing strategy, providing value to the audience focused on digital transformation and business process management through creative inbound marketing techniques. Carole holds a double Master's degree in Marketing from IAE Paris and international Law.
