So we understand why Customer Centric Selling chose to recognize our success story with their contribution. Our success story is an achievement for us and for them. Bonitasoft is proud to be recognized for our own customer-centric “transformation.”

We looked carefully at how to improve overall business success after five years of steady growth, and ensure that our customers stay with Bonita over the long term. That meant not just onboarding new customers, but also ensuring that their projects with Bonita were successful.

We felt that we needed everyone to align and to work together to keep value in the center of our business. So we made a move to focus the entire company on the value of Bonita - Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success, Services, and especially R&D.

Bonitasoft has implemented company-wide processes that allows us to better focus on what matters to our customers. One result is that we have better positioned Bonita in the digital transformation, low code, and BPM arenas. We are able to better identify what will bring critical business value to our clients, and as a result they better understand what and how they can realize their goals with our technology.

Our product is software - but our developers no longer talk just about developing individual features. Bonitasoft engineering is now focused on the benefit we deliver to end-users through Bonita platform capabilities.

Our own goals are now enforced by our customer-centric processes. As a result of this shift in focus, we are seeing both better sales success and increased customer satisfaction with Bonita.
