I’m Philippe, account manager at Bonitasoft. I started here in 2013 and have a little more than six years here, now. My role is to mainly manage all exchanges with clients and prospects concerning their projects that we find and which they are working on.
What’s different or special specifically to the sales that we bring to Bonitasoft, I think there is really a deep understanding of the client’s needs. Prospects don’t talk about our product, they talk about their clients and the quality of service they offer to them, and it’s this aspect that we want to bring out, so we can highlight the value we can bring to support that.
We work on projects that are often complex, that involve many people, that have multiple levels, and it’s this aspect that we need to understand so we can show what we can do for them.
We are the first point of contact between the customer and Bonitasoft, and often the most contacted, we represent the company so it’s up to us to show our expertise for the customer’s trust.
In a few words: Bonitasoft is first a company that adapts rapidly, that changes fast, when it needs to – a smart company. It’s an ethical place, according to our values, we share everything. Attention is paid to help everyone integrate naturally to the Bonitasoft environment.
If I were to convince someone to work at Bonitasoft, I think I’d point out that things change often, this is one of the things that really attracted me, the reason I’m still here and I don’t need to go looking elsewhere for adventure – it’s already here in everyday life, and we’re learning all the time!
