Project Objective

Using a single system to improve usability for their end users.

They were seeking to standardize and synchronize modeling and management of the department’s processes through a single BPM solution. Business processes have been industrialized and simplified to make them easier and more efficient.

A pilot project was done with AiM Services within the tax administration to automate the consolidation and distribution of paperless tax documents to the tax official who need to process them.

Streamlining and removing repetitive tasks and implementing paperless processes has removed problems of multiple data entry, reduced costs and lightened workload.

In general, the administration has become more agile and is prepared to act promptly when national and international laws evolve and change.
