After 5 years at Bonitasoft as Chief Customer Officer, Hassanaly will now focus on supporting the company's growth initiatives, with a particular emphasis on supporting operational excellence. This strategic focus aims to enhance the onboarding and integration process for new clients, maximizing their value proposition.

Shamil Hassanaly, 48, earned his degree in Business Management from the European Business School in London. Prior to joining Bonitasoft in 2019, he held the position of Vice President of Customer Service at InfoVista (a network orchestration solution), where he played a pivotal role in structuring customer relations during a period of rapid growth.
