Rightmove advertises more than 1 million properties for sale or rent on behalf of estate agents,leasing agents and new home developers.

About Rightmove's Bonita implementation
Rightmove implemented Bonita in stages, starting with a project to improve the complaint handling process. The company improved also other administrative processes and overhaul its sales and delivery processes as part of an initiative to improve customer service, increase the “stickiness” of service and establish deeper partnerships in sales engagements.
