Meet Mike, Sales Director at Bonitasoft

My name is Mike and I’m the Sales Director for Bonitasoft in North America.

I’ve been working for Bonitasoft for about 2 ½ years, as I joined the company in March 2017. I manage a team of Account Executives and the role of an account executive of course is to sell the software, the Bonitasoft product, but moreover to have a very consultative approach other than just making a sale, what is important for us is providing value to our customer.

Some of the great things about Bonitasoft are that we have a cool name. And we have a cool product. So you want to be part of that! And second of all I feel that what is unique about Bonitasoft is that they value people more than the work that they do. That means that the human is at the center of the attention and to give you a good example, every year Bonitasoft invites all employees to the annual kickoff, and this year we celebrated the ten year anniversary and we were very lucky to spend one week in Tunisia.

My motivation to join the company was to be in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment while I felt that I could personally make a difference.

I want to share with you one of my favorite quotes which is by the famous philosopher Nietzsche who said that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. And that is my motto every day! But I can say that my personal favorite is from my grandmother who always told me, “I’m not always right, but I’m never wrong.”  

My grandmother was one of the reasons that made me want to come and live in America, having a dual culture, having a French dad and an American mom, even though my grandmother passed away a couple of years ago I feel closer to her being here, in America.
