APAP faced challenges with its old management system, which was limited in personalization, integration, and maintenance. The need to advance in digital transformation and strengthen its market position led them to seek a more solid solution to handle a large volume of transactions and encompass new clients. The development team focused on finding tools that would allow for establishing a solid architecture to achieve APAP's business objectives.
